MSCC Khanacross Event Training Forms (Do not use for events)


There are 4 forms we use. There is no one size fits all. Every competitor is dfiierent

eg:


Junior Entry Form: MSCC Khanacross Registration Form - Juniors


Seniors 18+ Entry Form: MSCC Khanacross Registration Form


Vehicle Compliance Form: Self-Scrutiny Statement of Vehicle Compliance Form

Must be completed for each vehicle being entered.

This form is a combination of Motorsport Australia’s Self-Scrutiny Statement of Vehicle Compliance form, the Self-Scrutiny Checklist form and the Automobile Legal Owner’s Declaration. This form must be submitted prior to to close of entries, unless you are entering in the MSCC club car.


Passenger Ride Form: Passenger Ride Entry Form

Must be completed by any person planning to be a passenger in a competitors vehicle.
