MSA Speed Licence Applications/Renewals

Seniors - Can apply/renew online https://portal.motorsport.org.au/octozy/login

Juniors - Must Download and complete Motorsport Australia Junior Speed Licence Application then email it back to Motorsport Australia.

You can race your own `car or use one of the MSCC club cars. All you need is road tyres, an mounted fire extinguisher, MSCC club or affiliated club membership and a Motorsport Australia licence. Learn more about Motorkhanas and khanacross events here

It’s a fantastic venue for juniors to get some driver education and start in this great sport of motorsport racing. Juniors 12-18 get to have one of our experienced club members sit in with them and give them some pointers. The event is run under a Motorsport Australia permit.

What to bring:

Neck to ankle covering
Closed in shoes/joggers
Crash helmet (loan helmets available)
Club membership and MSA Licence (if applicable)

Forms to be completed:

Each competitor must complete an Registration Form (either Junior or Senior).
Each competitor must have an Annual MSA Licence or complete MSA Intriductory Licence Form. Introductory licences are only valid for your first event of a calender year. If you have already had a introductory licence this calender year then you will need to join MSCC and then apply for an annual speed licence with Motorsport Australia. Each Vehicle used for competeing must have a Vehicle Compliance Form completed by the owner of the vehicle.
Any person intending to be a passenger in a competitors car must complete a Passenger Ride Form.

Entry Requirements:

MSCC Junior Entry fee is $40 to be payed online when completing the registration form
All competitors are required to have either a Motorsport Australia Introductory Licence or a Motorsport Australia Annual Licence.
The Motorsport Australia Introductory Licence can only be used for their first event day then competitors will need to apply for a annual licence and MSCC club membership for subsequent events.
The $30 Fee for the Motorsport Australia Introductory Licence is being payed for by MSCC for all juniors as part of our Young Driver Program. Juniors are only required to pay the MSCC entry fee.

3. complete MSA introductory licence (if required)

If a Motorsport Australia Introductory Licence is required please fill out the Motorsport Australia Introductory Licence Application then scan into a PDF file (no photos please) and email to mscc2484@gmail.com. The fee to MSA is $30 which the club will pay for all juniors first event.

Non-Member - MSCC Day Membership (one only use) $25 plus $80 event entry

This form is a combination of Motorsport Australia’s Self-Scrutiny Statement of Vehicle Compliance form, the Self-Scrutiny Checklist form and the Automobile Legal Owner’s Declaration. This form must be submitted prior to to close of entries, unless you are entering in the MSCC club car.
